Amazing healthy food, bowls, sandwiches, smoothies and much more. You'll get a lot of vegetarian options as well!
Harvest Clean Eats is always a must visit whenever I'm in Moncton. My go to order is the curry bowl with chicken and vegetables, and this time I swapped the rice for mixed greens, which made it feel even lighter and fresher.
One thing I really appreciate is that they serve the curry sauce on the side, so you can add exactly as much as you want. The chicken was tender, the vegetables were fresh, and the curry sauce was packed with flavour without being overpowering.

Incredible fresh and real food! The syrian woman made the best coffee I've ever had in a looooong time.
