I absolutely loved the smoked salmon with eggs and the bulgogi eggs benedict—authentic Korean flavors done so well. Everything was incredibly savoury and satisfying. “Harvest Clean Eats is always a must visit whenever I'm in Moncton. My go to order is the curry bowl with chicken and vegetables, and this time I swapped the rice for mixed greens, which made it feel even lighter and fresher.
One thing I really appreciate is that they serve the curry sauce on the side, so you can add exactly as much as you want. The chicken was tender, the vegetables were fresh, and the curry sauce was packed with flavour without being overpowering.
I also love that their takeout cutlery is compostable and environmentally friendly. The only downside is that it doesn't hold up particularly well but I'd still rather see sustainable options than single use plastic.
I've ordered this bowl every time I've visited Moncton, and it never disappoints. Consistently delicious, healthy, and satisfying. Highly recommend!“
