I can't drive by a Second Cup without stopping for a Frozen Hot Chocolate. It's one of my favorite drinks. They also have delicious treats to go with whatever drink you choose. There are lots of options.

I tried their new mocha, and it was rich and delightful! Plus, the selection of pastries is a real treat. I appreciate the emphasis on sustainable practices and locally sourced ingredients....
This location needs some training for their staff. It was disheartening and almost comical to watch the lack of organization in motion.
I do appreciate the efforts, but efficiency and training needs to be injected into the staff (at least the ones working when we visited).
