I Had bad experience in the pass with this Subway Location, Main Street, ajacent from the Moncton City Hall. on Main Street. and I Will never never return to this location. I went to get a sub, the guy who was making the sub, did the other customers sub, then took the customer's money to pay, Then he did not wash or even changed his gloves, and proceeded to do with my sub. I was not paying attention when he was doing my sub, and it only hit me, when I got home that he did not changed is gloves. I did report it to the Manager the next day, and was told that he or she was not available, and he or she would call me back, call back the next day, or the next day, only to be told the same thing, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.
Subway at 706 Main Street in Moncton turned out to be a surprisingly solid option during my conference stay. It’s right next to my hotel, so the convenience factor was a big plus. The restaurant itself is small, with just a few tables for two, but it was clean and well-organized. Even though the seating is limited, most customers seemed to be taking their orders to go, so it never felt crowded.
The staff deserve a mention—they were polite, welcoming, and very efficient. Even with a small lunchtime rush, they kept things moving quickly without cutting corners. Everything was fresh, from the bread to the toppings, and the sandwich was made exactly how I asked. It’s still Subway food, of course, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want: quick, predictable, and affordable.
What really stood out was the level of consistency and care. The displays were well-stocked, the prep area was spotless, and the vibe was calm and friendly. If you’re downtown and want a quick bite without surprises, this location delivers.

Service is poor. I requested spinach and got 3 leaves. I requested more and it was a bother to the "Sandwich Artist". All vegetables were pilled up like a mountain instead of spread across the sandwich. When requested the combo with fountain drink, I was told the fountain machine was out of order. I was offered a bottle drink instead and got charged for the bottle drink. The unconvince of not having the fountain drink not being an option is not the customer's fault and shouldn't be penalized for paying extra for bottle drink.

I'm from New Hampshire in the USA. I'm not a big fan of Subway because of experiences I've had in the past. This Subway should give some training to all the Subway's in the US. Fresh food and more importantly, Great service with a great big smile.

The morning server is always so happy and helpful. I've been going to this Subway 1-2 times a month for a few years now. She's always there so happy. Props to the establishment recruiting, you've found a great employee.

Ordered online at this restaurant by mistake and it was too far for me to pick up. I called the restaurant and the employee voided my transaction so I could get a refund. I appreciate you so much!

Would offer zero stars if I could. PRE ordered my family's subs and I arrive 5 mins after pick up time, and it's not even made nor started!Made excuses of being busy but what's the point of pre ordering if you cannot make the pick up time.Asked for refund as the man who was making subs was told I was here foe a pre-order and he kept asking people in line for what they wanted and ignored the fact I arrived to pick up my order.I asked for refund and the girl said I don't know how. Told her to ask someone. Took 15 mins for my order yo cancel and refund (hopefully). Terrible service.

The guy who took my order this Wednesday afternoon was disrectpectful and rude. I was the only customer that time but he was jokingly saying rude things and mumbling with disrespect and attitude when I was saying my order... When I asked for the manager to address this concern, he said "the manager will be here tomorrow".
