We just ordered fir pickup two can dine for $19.99 at Mountain rd location in mincton nb and the mashed potatoes taste terrible and they are stuck like a blob in the box. Not sure if you changed them but they are disgusting and we always have great potatoes so not happy at all!!!!
I have been a regular patron of SC for decades but last Saturday I took my two grand children for a birthday dinner.
The service was excellent BUT my plate was very disappointing.
I ordered a hot chicken sandwich. The chicken was at least three days old and tasted like it. The fries were limp and even had black spots on some. What is going on. We dined at the Mountain Road location. This unfortunately will be my last visit there. The Dieppe location is more consistant.
Second amazing experience in a row. Went for my husbands birthday and had Derek G as our waiter. He was absolutely incredible and cannot say enough about him. Food was great as always. The kids had a great time and he even brought out a bit more caramel sauce because he felt that it needed more. He also over heard my youngest say she wanted poutine like her dad, and he brought out some gravy for her. Outstanding server and we cannot wait to go back.
