I visited Tide & Boar Gastropub with some friends, and we had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal together. The staff were friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. The food was excellent the hamburger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had in Moncton. For dessert, we tried the cheesecake, and it was just as good: creamy, rich, and the perfect way to finish off the meal. Overall, Tide & Boar delivered on both service and food. It’s the kind of place I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a great night out with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I am not a big fan of seafood at all, but that seafood chowder was the bestvsoup/chowder I ever had! So impossibly flavorful and just dang delicious. I ordered the wild boar routine and it was so tender, and just about perfect! If you're used to pouting out east, I'd reccomed asking for more gravy!

The server was very nice, the atmosphere was fine, but the food was awful. They need to rethink their mussel recipe; they had too much gack and tasted like they were bathing in fat. The lobster roll was also overdressed and disappointing. I would recommend they adopt a less-is-more approach to their dishes.

Staff was very friendly, they let me try a couple beers which were all delicious. Bartenders gave great recommendations. I ordered a lobster roll which was probably the most generous lobster portion I've seen in a roll. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect start to the evening as a date or girls night out. Love that there are unique and different items on the menu as well as some polished everyday picks. Can't wait to try more :)

We had a reservation for 4 and were greeted and seated right away. Our waiter was very friendly and service was quick. The food was disappointing overall. We had a charcuterie 'boar' board and a cheese board - must order both to have meat and cheese with just two small slices of crostini each. Both boards were very sparse for the price and extremely salty! Much of it was left at the table. The haddock, chicken sandwich and bao buns were said to be decent but the fries were cold and floppy. The house made chips with dill dip were very good though. White sangria was mostly orange juice but tasted okay.

Amazing restaurant! We are visiting from Ontario. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had the clam chowder, the fish and chips and the short rib Ramen. Best chowder I have ever had. The waitress even ran outside to chase me down, because I left my babies Dumbo inside. I 10/10 recommend to go!!
A true must visit when dining in the Moncton area, great food, great selection of house craft beer.

The Tide and Boar was an awesome location. The food was tremendous and they had a band in the night we were there.... CCR tribute band from Prince Edward Island called Dunk River they were fabulous
