Washroom needs hourly cleaning inspection/ cleaning. Monday at 11.15am When I reported the dirty washroom the nice lady behind the counter promptly addressed the situation to her supervisor but proceeded to inform me “ sorry we should have clean the washroom on Saturday as we are closed on Sundays” Someone had cut their hair, hair all in the sink and on the floor, dirty mirror plus the video explains the rest

I picked up a coffee and witnessed an employee bouncing back and forth between the cash and the food prep counter. They handled cash at the register and did not change their gloves before heading back to the food preparation counter. Not very sanitary to say the least.

Service is very chill, and welcoming. As expected. This morning I redeemed my $1.00 ice capp, and enjoyed 2 bacon breakfast sandwich. 😋 delicious as always. Staff is very friendly, you can tell they've been doing this job a long time, when you hear them talk to customers and have a regular routine with them.

I am writing this review to make sure nobody else have to deal with what I dealt today. I went to the store there were two queues i choose the one with lesser queue and suddenly they stopped taking orders at the other queue and closed that counter and i didn’t cut anyone else i choose the queue that was already open i was ordering my coffee and some old lady behind the counter started yelling that other gentleman is supposed to be before me. The gentleman knew it was not our problem that they closed a counter and he was okay with me standing there. And i am a customer too. If you care a lot about customers please take a look before you close another cash counter and attend them rather than yelling at them to move for someone else. Thank you. I hope this helps to improve the customer service in the shop.

Went in for a quick bite, one employee really stood out... pretty sure her name was Lyssa. Got my order perfect, was friendly and professional... She should be a company trainer.

Nice little restaurant in an old Bank. However, the hours are atrocious. Given its location, Right next to Moncton city center and a large amount of business travel related hotels, It would be handy if it was open before we left for work... Work for most of 'us' starts at 7:00 in the morning...

Staff yelled at daughter and friend and told them they couldn’t use the washroom, even though we are paying customers, the staff are slow, and seemed like we were a bother to them
