Staff yelled at daughter and friend and told them they couldn’t use the washroom, even though we are paying customers, the staff are slow, and seemed like we were a bother to them

I like this Tim Horton’s location. It was my first time eating here while at my stay in Delta Beauséjour Hotels. I ordered four double stacked farmer’s wraps. However, they did not have hash browns, so they told us to wait ten minutes. We waited around 13 minutes so it was relatively accurately on time.

I had a bad experience at Tim Hortons on 721 Main Street yesterday at lunch time. The indian cashier (she doesn't have a name tag that's why i don't know her name ) was not polite—while taking my order, she kept talking with her co-worker instead of focusing on the customer. She didn’t greet me when I placed my order and didn’t even say thank you afterward. I don’t expect too much, but basic courtesy and attention to customers are important. She also looked like she had no interest in working at all. Very disappointing experience. The food was on the menu but not available, and the cashier seemed uninterested in responding to me. Very disappoint with this location and bad customer service.👎🏻

Never ordering from the downtown Tim Hortons again.
This is the second time they’ve disappointed me. I placed a mobile order and waited for 20 minutes without anyone calling my name. When I finally asked, they told me the item I ordered wasn’t available. If an item is unavailable, it should be marked as such in the app.
Today, I had another bad experience. A girl working on the cook line took too long to hand me my order and behaved inappropriately. The bread was even burned, and she still tried to give it to me until I asked for a replacement. I’ve had the same item at other locations (I love the one in St. George and in Mountain Rd) and know how it should be prepared, this wasn’t it.
Some of the staff are rude and lack basic respect. Very disappointing.

My hotel stay was across the street from this Tim Hortons location so for the three mornings that I was there I went to this location to get coffee and tea for my family. Each morning it was Dana that completed my order, and she was so incredibly welcoming, genuine and kind. There was usually a lineup of people each morning and I observed her providing the same service to each customer. On the final day I went a second time so that I could get another beverage and to thank Dana for the excellent service that she had provided during each of my visits, but she had already left for the day. I am hoping that this review gets her recognized for going above and beyond (and I would add that as a customer it felt as though that is just who she is).

The branch has some very good staff with excellent hygiene. However, some are always talking while serving your meal. To me, it's unhygienic to talk over people's food

Walked in a few minutes before close on a Saturday, and didn’t hesitate to tell me I can’t come in to order as the doors were open

The Tim Hortons at 721 Main Street in Moncton was right across the street from my hotel, which made it an easy and convenient stop during my time in town. I came by more than once during my stay, mostly in the mornings, and each time the experience was reliably smooth. The lineups weren’t too long, even during what I’d consider the busy hours, and the staff kept things moving at a good pace. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, making it a comfortable spot to grab a coffee or bite to eat without any hassle.
The interior was clean and well-maintained, which isn’t always the case in busy downtown locations. The seating area was tidy, tables were wiped down, and nothing felt out of place. The displays were fully stocked each time I visited, and everything looked fresh. It’s not flashy or particularly memorable, but it delivers exactly what you want from a Tim Hortons: decent coffee, quick service, and a familiar setup. If you’re staying downtown or working nearby, this is a dependable option that does the job well.
Amazing location and is amazing with the downtown population, always ask my day
Always helpful, kind and genuine
Great staff super friendly
Good Tim Horton's branch for service and kind staff. I often go there for working before library opening at 10 AM every open days.
