Place is pathetic,,, no cream cheese on the bagel twice now in two different days. Attitude sucks ... Is this what tdl is offering now ? I am reporting this BS to tdl in Ontario because it seems like a free for all here and no one cares

Stopped in with my daughter to get her breakfast at 7am, no smiles, no good morning, no have a nice day, buddy looked like he hated his life & passed her the sandwich, she said thank you, he closed the window. What a way to start the day! This is not the same Tim’s anymore sadly, what a complete disappointment. And to top it all off bacon was half raw. Do better!!!!

I have tried to get a simple double double over ten times and it’s either super watered down or so much sugar you can drink it. The staff always rush me when I order and they’re super rude.

staff is so rude always rushing and always gets my order wrong, staff is toxic always gossiping and the older male managers seem to be very touchy with the younger girls working there. would rather drive to the tims further down elmwood and waste the gas money then go here tbh

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worse tim hortons in my life (and thats a low bar). Every time i get in the establishment i instantly see at least 3 flies flying around the food or on it. The staff are very non-welcoming always with a frown. Today i got my usual order of a bagel and a donut but the person taking my order took the donut with their bare hands and coughed on it before putting it in a bag. I never feel comfortable eating food from here and always need to look twice to make sure there aren’t any maggots in my pasteries.

#1 anytime you order online - they will most likely not have it in stores. They do not update their online ordering platform so you will get disappointed on half your order.#2 The food is never consistant. Sometimes you'll burnt bagels and other times they are not even toasted.#3 if you order anything with eggs, beware the crunch you feel is just a bunch eggshells. (As seen in the photo attached.)#4 overall, i find that tim Hortons has took a downfall over past few years and its no longer enjoyable food / service.

We are a business that has been going there for a few years multi times a day,hot chocolate is so watered down and when you do in and in a matter on seconds it’s right,so why can’t it be done right the first time,say something and there is one woman who gives attitude,this is the worst Tim hortons in moncton,I will not be going
