I use to go here every morning as its down the street from my home, I have stopped going to Tims all together. Morning staff needs a good lesson in smiling and friendliness, There was one guy (new Canadian) here who was always smiling and friendly but he is gone now. And were left with new Canadians who cannot say good morning or crack a smile. I have started making coffee at home. Can we please get the older ladies back who use to work here in the mornings and afternoons and the High School students who use to work the evening shifts! Or a staff that is friendly and listens and get a $4 coffee order right!

Can Fix It
Got my coffee wrong 3 times, cashier was a bit rude. Made another attempt today, made a mobile order, walked in, cashier had her back to the cash waited a whole 40 seconds before grabbing her attention, then she moved to the next cash and took someone else's order

I'm sure no one who served this to me would want to eat this squashed breakfast sandwich that looks like a rat took a chunk out of but yet they expect me to eat it. It's a big rush to get me through the drive thru with zero concern for quality. They couldn't even give me straws for my ice caps despite saying they were in the bag. Time to slow down and focus on the customers before there are none left. I stopped going to tim hortons for a few years and it has only gotten worse. Best of luck, you'll get no more of my money.

Place is pathetic,,, no cream cheese on the bagel twice now in two different days. Attitude sucks ... Is this what tdl is offering now ? I am reporting this BS to tdl in Ontario because it seems like a free for all here and no one cares

You must visit this place, excellent customer service. I went there around 5:30 today the girl served me with huge smile that made my day and the food was also delicious.
They don't change their gloves and the drive thru is PAINFULLY slow.

Stopped in with my daughter to get her breakfast at 7am, no smiles, no good morning, no have a nice day, buddy looked like he hated his life & passed her the sandwich, she said thank you, he closed the window. What a way to start the day! This is not the same Tim’s anymore sadly, what a complete disappointment. And to top it all off bacon was half raw. Do better!!!!

I have tried to get a simple double double over ten times and it’s either super watered down or so much sugar you can drink it. The staff always rush me when I order and they’re super rude.
