“Easily one of the cleanest Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited, the restroom was well-maintained, which is a huge plus. On top of that, the staff member who served me was genuinely warm and welcoming right from the start. Great service and a surprisingly great experience!“

“I just 'discovered' Tim Horton and I must say: the quality of their items is just great. Once again we had their sandwiches, besides doughnuts and the pumpkin spiced latte.

This location is down the road from the Magnetic hill and due to the cold weather fortunately was not as busy as you would expect in summer time.

This area changed immensely from the way it was a few decades ago when no one knew about the Magnetic hill and now everything is so commercialised.“

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly “Good evening ” by Pauline, who was working the counter. She was not only incredibly polite but also attentive and efficient, even during a busy rush.
She made sure my order was correct, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great customer experience. My coffee was fresh, my breakfast sandwich was hot and perfectly made, and everything was ready quickly.
It’s the little things—like Pauline remembering the way I like my coffee or taking a second to ask how my day is going—that make a big difference. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated.

“Stopped in on a weeknight around 8pm after wandering around Riverview and honestly the drive-thru line looked long so I went inside instead, no regrets. Grabbed a maple dip and a dark roast and both were fresh, not sitting around like some locations. The girl at the counter remembered my order from a mix-up and fixed it without any attitude, which says a lot about how they train staff there. Cozy little spot to sit with a laptop for twenty minutes before heading back out, and the parking lot actually had space which is rare for this chain.“

“Visiting Moncton, at 3:45 on June 5th I went through this drive thru. I’ve absolutely never had a better experience. They had none of the donuts we wanted (because the kids ate them all) but we left happier then we came. Whatever your name is buddy you’re the highlight of my day.“

“Stopped in here with a couple friends on a Saturday morning a few weeks back and it was exactly what we needed before heading out for the day. The line moved surprisingly fast for how busy it was, and our double-doubles came out hot and fresh without any wait. We grabbed a table by the window and just hung out for a bit, which is honestly one of my favourite things to do on a lazy weekend. Classic Tims, solid as always, and this location did not disappoint.“

“There is a Tim Hortons near my house, but I always choose to go to this one’s drive-thru because of the service from an employee named Jessica. She is extremely kind, polite, and efficient. She keeps customers informed when something is out of stock and lets them know when the item will be available again. On top of that, starting your morning with the smile, positive energy, and friendliness of someone who has been on their feet working since early makes you begin your day happy. Made another attempt today, made a mobile order, walked in, cashier had her back to the cash waited a whole 40 seconds before grabbing her attention, then she moved to the next cash and took someone else's order“

“I recently visited this Tims and the friendly service was excellent and food & coffee very delicious. I used a Tims app offer for bagel belt egg & cheese everything bagel sandwich along with an XL black coffee with sugars,milk,splendas on the side. They even gave me extra butters on the side for my sandwich.“
