They have started charging for simple things, like mayonnaise and onions.The fees are ridiculous. Almost a buck for a mayonnaise packet.We used to go regularly but this feels like they are more interested in counting pennies then making customers feel like it's a place to want to go.I tell people to go somewhere else now where they can get better service for what ultimately becomes a cheaper experience.A Wendy's is coming so we'll be going there from now on. Looking forward to better management!Until then, I strongly advise A&W's management to look up the "Mayo Tax".

Ruined an entire meal including the burned onion rings as shown by someone else below. It was so bad we were promised an entire new meal by Mrs. Harris. When we went to get it, we were told it was not in the book. Therefore I had Mrs Harris confirm, she did confirm it should be there, but when we went back it was not honoured for a meal. We took our food anyway, and we got inedible burned onion rings AGAIN. What is with the bad service in this town?

Used to be much better service and food quality a couple years ago. Does anybody else never get forks or napkins in their bags here?
Things have gotten out of hand.I paid 16$ plus for a Mama buger combo wanted a Teen Burger but that TV Menu was off line . Also got oinion rings instead of fries. Was charged almost 6$ for the rings and didn't even get the fries. Would of been better off getting a side of rings. Would of had the fries and side of rings at the same cost pretty much .AND THEY KEEP THE FRIES AND SELL THEM. RIPPED OFF . F%$# Albert & Walter's. Truefully I couldn't eat the Burger , fries and rings it would be to much. BUT 6$ TOO CHANGE FROM FRIES TO RINGS. MAYBE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF THAT COST . When the choose it. Anyways,Fast food is gotten way out of hand price wise. I don't eat out much . We cook home cooked meals. Maybe this is my fault.NOT .... If I took Papa and Mama and Uncle and the 3 Teens out too eat at A&W. I better bring a BROWN ONE AND A RED ONE WITH ME TO PAY. THANKS

I love the food here, but man oh man are the workers here something else. While I am sitting trying to eat my meal all I can hear is the staff swearing, talking negatively about other co-workers (sorry to whoever stacey and cooper are), and if they weren't trash talking each other the female coworkers were all either texting or taking pictures with each other in full view of other customers. Since when did A&W become a high school and not a professional work environment. The staff need a lesson on decency and discretion....very sad
