The manager there was extremely unkind to the employees and customers. While enjoying a meal with my family today, I noticed that the two girls working at the front interact with customers and offer excellent service. The manager here last year was significantly better than the one here today, and that's all I have to say. Everyone was being yelled at by the new manager.
Food was great as usual at A&W.Tense atmosphere vibe from employees. Not was expected.Very clean washrooms and restaurant. Just the mood of the place was off.Parking: Handicap parking included.

They have started charging for simple things, like mayonnaise and onions.The fees are ridiculous. Almost a buck for a mayonnaise packet.We used to go regularly but this feels like they are more interested in counting pennies then making customers feel like it's a place to want to go.I tell people to go somewhere else now where they can get better service for what ultimately becomes a cheaper experience.A Wendy's is coming so we'll be going there from now on.
