Cheese Curds Gourmet Burgers + Poutinerie

I got a large Acapulco poutine and it was a big dish and rather filling

Probably one of the best burgers in the area

Best buger and fries around.

Mid over priced slop. Not terrible if you are hungry. Hits the spot if you don't care about quality.

When it first opened it was great. Great deals and meals but now the price keeps going up and quality has gone down. Bring back the burrito meal. Haven't been back since they took the best deals from the menu. Not worth it otherwise.

I am very disturbed by Luke, the manager and his treatment of the staff. He was belitting the staff for misplacing tongs when I entered. I already felt uncomfortable in this environment but I ordered anyway as I have always enjoyed cheese curd's poutine. After ordering I asked for an extra topping on my poutine and his staff seemed scared to ask if he was allowed with a topping not recommended on my poutine, while luke continued to make comments about his employees that were demeaning. When I told Luke I was uncomfortable by his management he dismissed my concerns. Cheese curds should reevaluate who they let manage they're stores as Luke as turned me away from ever coming to one again.

I really don't appreciate coming for take out to listen to your supervisor/manager berate the workers. Just quit if you don't want to work there, but don't make the people below you hate their lives just because you do.

Im on edge in your establishment just ordering, I wont be coming back here

The new chicken pieces are god awful on the Thai Chile Poutine...you need to change that back...

Im not generally a picky person but here I am....but every surface in the resturant was sticky floors were they appeared clean were also sticky, but there was also a solid 6 inch perimeter around the whole business of grease and dirt, 50$ meal and the place was disgusting

walking in i was excited by the atmosphere and the menu....
.then i ordered a poutine and i saw the price..
then i opened it and saw that the gravy was still gelatinous.
Also stock french fries that remind me of KFC frenchfries.

I can't go back here just because of the price...the food is another story

Made my burrito bowl unappetizing because doordash wouldn't let me tip them, staff were also rude and dismissive towards me because of it

I ordered a Perogi Poutine and didnt get any cheese curds or gravy on it. Plus it was way smaller then their normal large serving. What a waste of money.
