It's so nice to see that customer service is alive and well and it's in Perth-Andover at Subway!! On our way back from Nova Scotia to Ontario we were served by 2 of the nicest, most helpful girls, Christina & Jade (we asked for their names so we could give proper recognition to them) NOT only were they kind & polite but they made some wonderful suggestions as well. This was a great little pick-me-up on our long journey which was just what we needed!! Thank you once again, Jade & Christina!!

My boyfriend and I came to get three sandwiches and we were served by Kristen and Abby. Kristen up-sold us and I’m SO glad she did!! She recommended combinations and ingredients I wouldn’t have even thought to add or order. My meal was completely elevated with the suggestions Kristen made. Abby and Kristen were beyond helpful and kind. We had such a good experience! We will DEFINITELY be back. Xo Shannon and Jacob

I WAS REPORTED TO POLICE FOR HAVING LUNCH.

SO I was ordering lunch for my family when my highly autistic son started having a melt down kicking and screaming so I took him out of the assumed to be fine establishment so me I could finish ordering and got the subs and left but an hour later I was called BY POLICE about an incident at Subway
I don't know what restaurant would call the police over a child having a temper tantrum but if you have kids I would suggest you never come here in your entire life by far one of the worst places I have ever been never going back. If I could rate -5 stars I would because it deserves less than zero avoid at all costs

The new dynamic duo that work evenings (I believe their names are Kam and Katelyn) are exceptional when it comes to customer service. They smile! They make eye contact! They chat! We get the impression they actually want to be at work and they care about customer satisfaction! We went last week, we went this week…and we might just keep going every week! Wonderful team!

Worse Sub ever,tasteless and the bread was toasted too long it was hard as a rock! I ate the toppings as definitely could not eat the bread! We were passing thru from Ontario, I actually had to tell the guy to change his gloves before making our order,he just finished on cash ,then started to make my sub,no thank you ,change gloves every time you cash people out,or have someone else making the subs..First and last time for me!!

Super understaffed. They shouldn't be doing Uber eats or whatever. This place gets very long lines. I think it should be renovated. But what I did like is that the staff is very polite and kind.

Visited this Subway on Saturday, July 25th, 2025. Restrooms were filthy and very messy! Haven’t been cleaned recently obviously. No ice in pop machines or coolers. Not a good experience.
