The new dynamic duo that work evenings (I believe their names are Kam and Katelyn) are exceptional when it comes to customer service. They smile! They make eye contact! They chat! We get the impression they actually want to be at work and they care about customer satisfaction! We went last week, we went this week…and we might just keep going every week! Wonderful team!

Worse Sub ever,tasteless and the bread was toasted too long it was hard as a rock! I ate the toppings as definitely could not eat the bread! We were passing thru from Ontario, I actually had to tell the guy to change his gloves before making our order,he just finished on cash ,then started to make my sub,no thank you ,change gloves every time you cash people out,or have someone else making the subs..First and last time for me!!

Visited this Subway on Saturday, July 25th, 2025. Restrooms were filthy and very messy! Haven’t been cleaned recently obviously. No ice in pop machines or coolers. Not a good experience.

Subway has been locked 10 minutes before close. Not properly staffed tonight watch a women take 15 minutes to make 3 subs. Then still had an online order to do. Getting sick and tired of the sub par service at this location.

i used to come in all the time, but one of the older ladies started doing the later shifts, she is very stingey on the portions. you ask for anything on your sub she does half a serving. I've come in a few times when shewas working and just walked back out the door cause she does not care, she basically gives you a piece of bread and charges you for a sandwich that's how bad it is.
asked for lettuce? here's just one little tiny leaf i picked out of the diced lettuce. asked for cucumber? yea here's just a single slice.
everyone else is great don't believe what the Karen's in the comments are saying, but i do not like that old hag that won't give a full serving.

Finally this store has hired some staff that make the experience such an enjoyable one! Christine always greets us with a smile and pays special attention to how we would like our sandwiches. She also has a spectacular sense of humor so we always end up in stitches! If you visit the Subway when she's working you'll be happy with your order and entertained at the same time. 2 thumbs up for this new hire, hopefully the other lackluster staff will follow her example!
