Food was good, drinks were hot but milk ratio was off from what was ordered, staff were painfully slow even though it wasn’t busy, they seemed uninterested and poorly trained. No music/ radio/ TV for in dining ambiance or atmosphere.

What has happened to Perth Andover Tim Hortons? Service used to be prompt even when busy...Today was the worst the drive thru was backed up with 12+ cars. The inside had 10 patrons in front of me and 5 behind! Please hire more staff if you can't keep up!. As a FYI I've never given a poor review anywhere!

asked for a chicken bacon ranch wrap, chicken had a weird taste to it like its been cooked for a while and instead of ranch they put mayo, put it in the garbage total waste of money
