What has happened to Perth Andover Tim Hortons? Service used to be prompt even when busy...Today was the worst the drive thru was backed up with 12+ cars. The inside had 10 patrons in front of me and 5 behind! Please hire more staff if you can't keep up!. As a FYI I've never given a poor review anywhere!

Last time I was there you guys didn't have the pizza's there do you have them now
Ever since new management the place has gone down hill. Every time I go in there it's absolutely filthy. Constantly having to repeat myself during my order. The coffee is never consistent. I went back after months of not going hoping my visit would be good but yet it was very unpleasant.

This crew is nothing sort of outstanding and Melissa is a great manager who cares deeply and tremendously for her staff. Everyone has a smile and a friendly exchange and they just all around, make my day better. Keep up the great work everybody!

Terrible management especially a woman named Melissa and she is getting quite a reputation for being very discriminatory and downright nasty to other staff members. This company doesn’t care about customer service or its staff members anymore it’s all about corporate greed and the quality of the products at all locations, not just this one, are on downward spiral and have been for a while now.
