I've only gone through the drive thru, but everytime I have gone the staff are extra friendly. Line up is always long in the morning but thats usually for a small town.

No choice of bagel in a tim hortons and people dont understand a word of what your saying
Food was good, drinks were hot but milk ratio was off from what was ordered, staff were painfully slow even though it wasn’t busy, they seemed uninterested and poorly trained. No music/ radio/ TV for in dining ambiance or atmosphere.
