“Definitely better than what most people are complaining about on here.Unlike most other pizza joints that employ people who don't understand either English or French; this place is competent when you order food here.It is however confusing on their website when you order the special for $23.99 and they some how tack another $5 to the order. At least the staff explains the cause for it. This is a minor issues that I can live with.Food is definitely good.“

“Overall great experience. Ordered take out they were fast and food is what is expected. It was quite busy with DoorDash and skip. The poor girl working cash was trying to take orders while juggling the tablets for orders as well she could have used help, but she did great anyway.“

“Tried the Parmesan Stuffed Crust for the first time. It's actually stuffed with mozzarella with barely a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on it. Definitely not worth a $6 up charge but it was a 50% off week. Pizza and service was good. Would be nice if this location had better deals like many of the other stores. Quit trying to get as much out of the customer as possible and concentrate on repeat business. Lower your margins for increased sales.“

“I ordered some donairs and a cheeseburger pizza this evening. I have tried 2 other Grecos in town and decided to try the Elmwood location. The donairs were the best I have had, the pita and meat was fresh, not dry. My pizza was cooked perfect and the dough was soft, not hard. This will be our go to location going forward! Plus, the service was excellent! I highly recommend Elmwood Greco!“

“This location is by far my favourite, the food is always awesome, the fries are seasoned the best out of any location, period. but what I really love is the dynamic of the staff and their interactions with each other, everything seems really positive and genuinely friendly with one another, the customer service and vibe overall is great!

My one and only complaint is don't be stingy with the napkins, mayo and lettuce, I know times are tough but we're also paying the price increases too so hook it up! lol

“Showed up at 1AM feeling like a stray dog haha and was craving chicken, came here and ordered a 10 piece. Service was very nice, very smiley for a night shift, always nice to see. Even gave me a free drink while waiting. My server was Alam, exceptional service 🤝💚“
