Great place to get food while waiting for bore tide to come across the street

Waited in line for a half hour, we were the last car in the line up in the drive through, we pulled up to the window at 10:59.. wasn’t really aware of what time they closed as we just saw the line and wanted ice cream.. we were told they were closing and wouldn’t take our order. Mind blowing. I will never spend money at your restaurant again! To wait that long well before closing and to not be served because everyone before us took such a long time is ridiculous to me. If there’s a line and it’s passed 10pm don’t bother wasting your time apparently ..

Staff at this location have been VERY helpful during any time I had a situation. I have had 2-6 members at times helping me with the APP to place an order. At the end of the day, even if we couldn't get the app to work as it should, staff made sure I received what I was looking for, even if it was at a financhal loss to the company.
It is this amazing service that keeps me coming back. Where they know a satisfide customer is more important than emediate proffits.

For a blizzard, I always order strawberry cheesecake. It used to be packed with chunks of cheesecake and lots of strawberries. The last two times I've got one, the cheesecake chucks were nonexistent and very little strawberries...mostly vanilla ice cream. Not getting my money's worth.

Dollar value isn't what it used to be and the service is a bit lacking but for a fast food chain with where things have gone to it's not as bad as most.

I was there today for 2 double cheeseburger meal coupons and got single cheeseburgers
and won't answer their phone.

Really nice young stuff. Friendly and patient. I would like my kids to start their first little after school job there.

Very poor experience: total lack of interest of person serving @ counter: no greeting or any sort of welcome: front serving counter was filthy! Used paper, cups & other unclean items all over: ice cream machine equipment appeared unwashed & unclean! Wow the department of health should be called as I can imagine what the back food prep areas look like lol
