This location should really look at getting staff that can listen. While there today we ordered ( what was supposed to be ordered) one number one, one dipped cone and one value meal. When we asked for the value mean which comes with a burger fries, drink and a Sunday they rang it in as the snack promo where you pair 2 up. The food is good for this location but it seems to be a massive issue with a lot of their staff not able to listen. Don’t get me wrong some of the crew is incredible with their service but a lot are not. If you go for the food where you can walk up to the counter to fix the issue you will be in luck but I would stay away from the drive through.

Today, January 17th, 2024 for lunch prior to noon, I ordered a single cheeseburger combo ($8 meal) and 2 crispy chicken wraps ($6). The restaurant was not busy as we were the only ones at the time to order. Yes the drive thru had at least one car. Well to begin, the cheeseburger was cold, bun included, cheese not melted. I brought it back and the employee apologized. She brought us another sandwich. This sandwich you could tell was just put in the microwave to warm it up as the cheese was completed melted and the bun shriveled up. I thought their burgers were made fresh. These two burgers were not freshly put on the grill. They were obviously pre cooked and sitting around in a warmer. Now for the chicken wraps, the pita wrap was cold and chicken strip was barely warm. The crispy chicken must've been sitting around also as it definitely didn't just come out of the deep fryer. Anyway, very disappointed in the food from a not busy at the time restaurant.

I love the DQ chain and Riverview is no exception. I love the bacon double burger, fries, chicken strips, onion rings, refillable drinks and most of all, the ice-cream sundae with fresh strawberry syrup is a must have!

Staff was very polite and friendly. The prices are steep. Birthday cakes expensive, should at least give candles with them.

Treats from the cold menu are fine in Riverview; but compared to other Dairy Queen locations, the food from the hot menu at this franchise location is noticeably-bad.I’m not sure why the food tastes worse here than other DQ franchises outside the Maritimes, but it’s definitely noticeable. The staff in Riverview are smart and kind, but the building is in a state of disrepair. The legacy interior makes the overall atmosphere quite unpleasant to sit in. There’s a reason why the parking lot of this place is always empty and it’s not just due to the menu prices. If you find you have an insatiable ice cream craving you need to extinguish, the Brownie Sunday at The Keg is the best thing you’ll find in town and surprisingly costs less than Dairy Queen. If you’re craving something ‘cheap’ from the hot menu, you’ll find the Costco food court is a better alternative.

Expensive! 2 med ice cream cones for $10 is crazy! I don't know how parents can afford to take their children there! ? ? ?

Got a blizzard and a sundae and both were melted and soft because I guess it was so busy today.
