I had sent a complaint for the store on August 30th and on September 2nd my complaint was sent to the owner and district manager and I would receive a response. To this day I have not received a response even after replying to the email I received from customer service. I of course Donald the drive as it’s not his fault.
My original complaint was :
Placed my order at 5:12pm and received a notification my order is out for delivery at 5:42pm. I called at 6:05 and was told was sent out for delivery. I expressed concern food would be cold and then was told it just went out for delivery. Driver arrived about 5 minutes later and driver told me he had my food for about the 30 minutes. So i was lied to by the person I called and never received an apology and my order was cold.

With so many pizza and food options in The area one would think Greco would shape up and take a little pride and what they serve. I’ll gladly eat elsewhere
Ok, Pizza, the building could use an overhaul. The entrances need some sort of steps built or something. It's just an awkward high step into the building. Parking is not clear. Is it behind the building or in the public parking lot to the right of the building that doesn't look like it has anything to do with Greco. Few sit down tables inside they were all dirty and sticky. Overpriced for the quality of food sold.

Ordered 1 Medium pizza, 1 Medium Garlic Fingers, & 2L Pop. We ate the food tasted good but the next morning was a whole other story both me and my mother woke up with agonizing pain in are stomachs. Both spent good portion of the early morning sick.
