Very poor customer service specially from the girl taking orders drive through at 9.46 Pm today. She was giving us expressions like we are dumb. Hope you will give attention to train your staff to provide good customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s location. Everything about my visit was unacceptable, and it’s clear there are serious problems that need to be addressed - possibly related to a recent staff change.
First, the service at the first window was beyond unprofessional. The employee was distracted on their personal smartphone, completely ignoring the long line of cars. I had to wait for five minutes before they even acknowledged me. Such a lack of attentiveness shows a complete disregard for customers.
Second, the food was absolutely unacceptable. The bagel was burned, the egg was missing, and the coffee didn’t have sugar, even though I specifically ordered it that way. It’s shocking how poorly prepared and inaccurate the order was.
If this is the result of new staff, then management needs to act quickly. Train your team to focus on customer service, ensure food quality, and pay attention to order accuracy. Right now, this location is failing on every level. Until improvements are made, I will not return and will advise others to avoid this restaurant.

I ordered three grinch meals, and I got no socks, no dill pickle fries, and cold food. You guys are the grinch for taking my socks and dill pickle fries away from me. This is a classic grinch move, thanks for ruining my night.

Everyone I go there they take an insane amount of time to give me cold food! Change up the staff there please I hate that the customer service in New Brunswick is complete garbage and we all know why too

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe. After receiving it I was charged for the condiments. I asked the manager his reply it's not on their keyboard yet. What a silly response. I don't get it the attitude wasn't the greatest you're job is to serve the customer and they failed. Oh yes the location is coverdale. I will always put the location so other ppl don't get treated like I did.

I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal for $5.79 an additional $3.78 was added randomly and no one can explain why. They were either unable or unwilling to refund the extra charge. Because of this experience I'm unfortunately not going to be able to order from here ever again.
McDonald's has really gone downhill and this location is no different. 46 bucks for 2 meals that are meh..... it's not worth it anymore.
