Today we ordered 2 large pizzas and large garlic fingers earlier in day for pick up at 5pm. Upon arrival nothing was ready and several people there also with significant delays on earlier orders. Worker said 20 minutes. After a 50 minute wait we still not get our order and requested our money back to go elsewhere. After a significant delay we did get a refund. Very poor management and staff. This will be our last time ordering from this location. Papa John’s should investigate.

Despite pre-ordering hours in advance, my order was not fully ready when I arrived on the scheduled pickup. I was told 10 minutes, but waited more than 20 for the remainder of my order. Needless to say one pizza was cold. At least 7 others were waiting for their orders, in the same situation as myself.

Arrived at the estimated completion time for an online order. One person was working the cash and trying to also build orders during lunch hour, while one other employee was doing something(?) in the kitchen. Couldn't have been building orders if the cashier was doing it.
Waited 20 minutes past the completion time for the cashier to start BUILDING my order, but ultimately had to leave. I don't have the luxury of unlimited time like your staff does. Enjoy your pizza.

Went there today and ordered 3 slices of pizza. Ate them on store. They were all cold and dry. Told the person working and she ignored my comment. Don't think I'll spend my money here any longer.

Terrible customer service or lack of training. Outdated brochures sitting on counter that expired almost 2 months ago. Lady said she couldn’t honour price- then decided on her own to call manager to see if she could. She told us she couldn’t enter the deal in her cash but could take 25% off. She gave us three different prices for 2 medium pizzas and the price kept going up after she said she would give a discount. We decided to leave after 10 Minutes of her trying to put our order in.

It was my first time in NB, went to this papa johns for a pizza and wings. The shop was clean(even washrooms were sparkling!)and welcoming. Store clerk RAHUL was very polite , friendly and helpful. I will recommend this store for a quick bite.

Pizza had 8 toppings and should have been loaded but some of the toppings could not even be found. The rest of the toppings were very scarce. I have had way more meat on a $6 frozen grocery store pizza, and this one cost $31 plus tip.
Delicious pizzas worth the cost. Always fresh and well prepared.
Vegetarian options: There are 2 vegetarians working there who make delicious veg pizzas too.
Parking: Lots of parking in the plaza and near by there is another plaza beside there is plenty of free parking available in case needed.

You get stuck with Door Dash when trying to get delivery. Then the driver leaves it in the snow at the front door when the side door has a light and there’s instructions. No napkins added. 2nd driver came to deliver the pop they forgot. Pizza was average and cold. Come on guys. Only thing that’s you’re better than is Little Caesar’s.

Good place, but they charge full toppings on half a pizza, not like pizza pizza. If you put it on half, it means half, not a full topping.
