Put an order in using the app. Apparently I did it wrong. So they helped in the store and I could do everything in store but pay, had to do that online but didn't want to since I was there. So I said for them to cancel the order as it wasn't worth the hassle. As I was leaving I could hear them laughing. Won't go back there again.

Patsy needs a raise!! Today, I walked in, and she was very on the ball. Any other day, the other staff I find are too focused on chatting or the drive-through orders. I also noticed they do not wash their hands in between serving food and cash. The instant I walked in, I was greeted and served right away by Patsy. It was a first for me at this location to have this experience. I would have been waiting a while for drive-through orders. Which is fine ok but they really do take a long time to complete. Anyways, it truly made my day. I hope Patsy gets the recognition because she deserves it!!

Ask if they could do a sub platter, I was told they need 24hrs notice so I went ahead and ordered 6 subs, expecting to get attitude, luckily it was not the case. The fella who made the subs super fast and polite the entire time.

Best sandwich maker (Katlyn) in the town. I've never seen someone go beyond and make the perfect sandwich. I would highly recommend the subway and the sandwich Maker. Thank you for your service.

Great job by the 3 team members at subway Pinewood Dr. last night approx 7:45. Very efficient, subs were the best we’ve had in a very long time. The best part was they actually had lots of fresh bread on hand. Good job!

The staff was extremely rude and racist. I walked in at the same time as a white woman, who immediately got her order taken. I waited there for 10 minutes while the staff (who had already finished the order in front of me and had nothing to do) were just laughing and chatting away, ignoring me completely. I then said "Excuse me" but was completely ignored except for a glance by one of the staff members. After waiting for another 2-3 minutes, I just left. The second I walked away from the line the white lady (mind you, who had only just gotten there) had her order taken immediately. I am extremely disappointed that I had been subject to this obvious racism at my local subway for simply being a person of colour. I don't recommend coming her if you are not white, unless you want to be shunned. I will not be returning to this establishment.

One of the quieter subways, which I like. The employees were nice enough to give me 3 subs worth of crunchy onions ?. Anything to please the customer they said. Favourite subway on the east coast!

Vegetarian options: veggie sub is great, even without cheese I still love it!

Dietary restrictions: Can ask for them to change gloves for allergies. When I came in they always had fresh gloves unless someone was ordering ahead of me.

I like it here don’t get me wrong , but my god stop being so stingy with the veggies , especially when I’m paying for a veggie sub, that should be cheaper then others that call for steak, chicken etcWhen I ask for them to put a little more it’s almost like they don’t want to

Didn't give me anything but egg on my breakfast sandwich the potato bites were nasty couldn't even eat the food I paid for, worst service too I hated the overall experience.
