Everybody does a great job at the at the at the at the at the Riverview subway/Irving if they do awesome work there, I believe I’ve had great sub. They had great meals there. It’s all been beautiful and I think the best out of the whole team and I think the TV is doing well. I cannot. I have no complaints on the subway service that I get the full team everybody that’s at that Irving/Subway everybody at the subway there is a great great people. I think I get the best subs and the best service at that subway

I had great service at the at the Riverview Subway. It was a great time at the subway on the Irving uncover day award on earth on Riverview. I had a lot of fun. I enjoy the staff. The team at Superstore is an awesome superb team at the great Riverview Irving location on Coverdale Road.

As a person of color, this was one of the most degrading experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. From the moment I walked in and said hello, the sandwich maker (server 213 Gyim) never greeted me, rolled her eyes, barked at me in a harsh tone, and treated me with open hostility. She spoke in Filipino to a coworker while looking at me, slammed lids on toppings, shoved my sandwich across the counter, and barked again when I asked for a bag.
I spent my hard-earned $5 only to be left feeling unwelcome, dehumanized, and in tears in my car. No customer should ever pay to be treated this way.
On September 23, 2025, I spoke with the manager Carla. Instead of addressing the full situation, she only defended one point—that the employee wasn’t talking about me in Filipino—and ignored the rest of my hostile, demeaning experience. She refunded my money and closed the ticket, but that doesn’t erase what happened.
This store needs urgent customer service and diversity training. Server 213 (Gyim) should not be in a front-facing role. This experience screamed that as a person of color, I am not welcome at Subway—and that is unacceptable.

As I'm sitting here right now Trying to enjoy my sub all I hear is the two ladies that are working here talking so loud to each other in their own language can you please just go out back and talk or talk low so people can enjoy their sandwich in peace !

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the subway system. The amount of vegetables provided was insufficient, and despite my repeated requests and offers to pay an additional fee, the staff responded with rudeness and they just pretended to add more veg, and they only grilled my wrap for five seconds, and the sub was under toasted as well

I had a poor experience at Subway with an online pickup order. I asked for a grilled sandwich, but the cheese wasn’t even melted. When I went back to the store, the employee, Manu, didn’t address the issue and told me that since I wasn’t a regular customer, she couldn’t help me. She suggested I go to the location where I usually order. Additionally, I tried to contact the manager, Karla, but she didn’t respond. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
