Waited at till to order for far too long while 3 employees were doing anything but acknowledging customers in the store. When someone finally helped me, she directed another personnworking drive through to serve me. This guy was confused at how physical cash works... and notably was pulled from the drive-through window to serve me... while 3 employees were doing nothing. The lady assigned to the till inside was doing nothing. The man pulled from the drive-through window had to take my money and make change from the register at the window.... which he could not open without help... why even bother having counter service?

I used to be a regular at this tim hortons, but recently i’ve been disappointed regarding the portions served. Yesterday, at lunch I ordered a cilantro lime bowl and it was under-portioned (and this is the third time this has happened). Even the ice cap was not up to the rim. Having experienced this twice, I started going to the other two Tims in Riverview and I could clearly tell the difference in the quantity of both the bowl and the ice cap. Circumstantially, yesterday again i had to go to this location and ended up receiving an under portioned meal again. I avoided writing a review the past two times but it is really disappointing.
The staff at the Coverdale Rd Tim Hortons is second to none in friendliness , professionalism and effeciency . They bring a smile to my face every day and prepares me for my day ahead with a little skip in my step .

Ordered two plain donuts and a triple triple coffee. Donuts were cold and tasted stale. Brought it up to the manager, but the response was dismissive. Very disappointed with both the food and service.
I initially contacted Guest Services through the same link you’ve provided. However, my complaint was redirected to the store manager at the Riverview location, whose response was dismissive. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue.
