I used to be a regular at this tim hortons, but recently i’ve been disappointed regarding the portions served. Yesterday, at lunch I ordered a cilantro lime bowl and it was under-portioned (and this is the third time this has happened). Even the ice cap was not up to the rim. Having experienced this twice, I started going to the other two Tims in Riverview and I could clearly tell the difference in the quantity of both the bowl and the ice cap. Circumstantially, yesterday again i had to go to this location and ended up receiving an under portioned meal again. I avoided writing a review the past two times but it is really disappointing.

Ordered two plain donuts and a triple triple coffee. Donuts were cold and tasted stale. Brought it up to the manager, but the response was dismissive. Very disappointed with both the food and service.
I initially contacted Guest Services through the same link you’ve provided. However, my complaint was redirected to the store manager at the Riverview location, whose response was dismissive. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue.

For some reason they can't seem to get my order right.. I order 4 chocolate timbits but for some reason they keep giving me anything but or one chocolate and the rest is just whatever.. same person every time.. going to go somewhere new instead .

I walked inside to an open cash to order, and no one came to take my order, no one acknowledged me nothing! They did see me waiting but no one comes or says anything as to which cash i should be standing at. However, another customer walked in gets served right away, AT THE OTHER CASH. The worker knew her order so she was a regular. I turned around and spoke up and politely said, i was waiting. The worker was so rude no apologies nothing so I was short with her. Then she tried to be as nice as pie to me, don't try that with me hunny. I was not rude to you until you barked and snapped at me when I asked you a polite question as to where I had to wait to pick up my order because I obviously didn't know you had to know the worker to get nice service.
