Just went to get holiday smile cookies and the bag they came in looked like it was deep fried. I asked the lady running the windows what was all over the bag and she said the cookies were really greasy. I don’t see how anyone could serve something like this to someone

I will no longer go to Tim Hortons. It's never fresh, wrong orders, small portions and not Canadian. The incompetence of the staff along with language barriers just adds to the list of reasons.

I tried to buy a white hot chocolate in this location a bunch of times but the answer is we don't sell that anymore (I always buy that in the rest of locations and is available on the rest of them), whatever in another's orders they always serve whatever they want and the client service is the worst of the locations I tried.
