Why do they keep hiring people that do not know the menu from things they put in the bag . I asked for a order of the French toast and they put potato wedges. The coffee also has a spoonful of grinds in the bottom .

Tonight was my last visit. Gave my last chance. Every time I go I order chili. Every time I ask for extra sauce packs. Every single time they don't put it in. To the point where I think they do it on purpose. The burger was very under cooked. The employees just don't care anymore. Get it out the window and forget quality. Unfortunately I will never go back and to anyone who is thinking of going,make sure you check your food.

So I upsize my French fries to a large and my drink to a large. 90% of the drink is ice in the large fry container has enough that can fit in a medium. They didn't even have any sticking out higher than the midpoint

been to the Riverview location on several occasions over the past few weeks, I always order using the Wendy's app, however, I've never had my meat ready at specified time, the servers are rude when asked why my mobile order isn't ready when I get there, good really work on their customer service!!
