Got attitude about asking for extra tater sauce not sure what there deal is but they only wanna give you 2 stingy told me it would be a extra charge I said fine charge it up I’ll pay then they just gave them to after complaining I’m bitterly the customer buying what I want 😂

We had the best cheeseburger platter and fries here, we drove up fr Saint John to eat there and let me tell you it was so good. The fries were cooked perfect, crispy, the burger was also real good. We have not have Deluxe food that good EVER!!!!! Thank you

Fries overcooked, arrived 17 minutes before closing and was tolded to leave if it wasn't for take out when we got back to the car one of the workers came and got us and said we could dine in. We all ordered a 2 piece fish and chip dinner and was not allowed to finish our meals. We were kicked out by a young female employee with accent. Door was locked had to ask her to come and unlock it. Our Total meal was just under 50$ and didnt get to finish it ! Will NEVER Be back customer comes first! We were willing to go somewhere else for supper when they came and got us out us out of our car. This was uncalled for and head office will be called next!
Had an elderly gentleman that doesn't eat fast and someone that has swollening issues that also couldn't eat fast neither got to finish there meals. And like I said we were willing to go some where else. But was told to come and dine it.

As i was waiting for my food, i watched a male teenage/young adult employee drop fries he was preparing onto the floor, and proceeded to look around to see if anyone was looking and clearly didn’t care anyway because he saw i was looking, and still put the fries from the floor back into the basket.
Food was okay, fries were a little over done. We were the only people in the restaurant, so there wasn't really an "atmosphere " The janitor seemed super have to be finishing her shift in 30 minutes though...

I hate going to this deluxe, everyone is always so rude when taking orders. Called in a rake out order and asked to speak to someone else because they could not understand my requests and had another employee very rudely answer me. Not the first time, service at all other deluxe in town have shears been nothing but the best. Should hire friendlier staff.

I’m giving this establishment two stars. The staff were courteous enough and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. However, the food was not at all what My Husband and I were expecting. This is an East Coast chain restaurant and it is a fast food restaurant so you can’t really expect a lot. However, the batter on the fish was incredibly oily and doughy. It was absolutely not at all the quality you would expect for the price that we paid. Overpriced and completely underwhelming.
The french fries, although a part of the namesake, I don’t believe warrant any real mentioning.
The staff did their job to cook based on the corporate decision on how to cook food, however, I would not recommend this place to anyone even if they’re wanting something quick.

Holy moly was this place insanely hot. I was super uncomfortable dining in and it was exacerbated by no drink refills. Not impressed with my most recent visit despite many past trips to this location.
