Very disappointed in the quality of the food which was poor. Probably one of the worst meals I ever had at a restaurant. Would Never return. I had haddock which obviously had been frozen the baked potato was flavorless soggy grayish in colour. Veggies were water logged and not cooked through. I did not feel I should have paid as mist of thd foid remained. Could not eat it. Horrible experience@ it was my first time in Saint Andrew's which is so picturesque. I had great expectations for a lovely meal. We ate on the outdoor patio facing thd water which wad the highlight. They served the fish n chips my friends had on a metal baking sheet...tacky. My companions were not pleased either. One of them had the chowder and said he could barely fi d NY seafood and the broth was like glue. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Fantastic food and a great atmosphere! The patio was great and the service. Nothing but raves! Highly recommend
Good selection on the menu. Lots of seafood items. We sat on the covered patio and stayed dry even with a rain shower. Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere. It was busy even midweek so reservations would be a good thing.
Ordered spinach dip and it was ice cold!! Strawberry daiquiri was nothing but syrup, too sweet and sure didn’t taste like strawberry. Very disappointing. Won’t be

Had a delicious dinner, food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Had lunch a couple of days ago also and was very happy with the soup and sandwich choice.

Prices are higher than found at home, but probably normal for a tourist town. Scallops were great. Waiters drove me crazy when I had my menu open then took forever to come after I closed it and set it aside.

Sarah was our waitress today, she was super sweet and made sure our food and drinks arrived quickly. the food is really good and I always enjoy the Dreamsicle. Thank you Harbour front and thank you Sarah for being so kind!
Really nice patio and friendly staff. Bacon Scallops, fish and chips were perfect. Burger was good.

Drove into St. Andrews for a trip with the family and dogs. I asked the gentleman for a table for 5 on the patio and he tries to seat us at a tiny table for four . I felt like alice in wonderland after i drank the growing potion. So i pointed to another table and buddy says that they are understaffed and only have certain seats open like what the heck is the difference. So after a long drive this was a nice surprise will not be back

Fantastic location. Friendly service. OK prices. My salmon dinner was very good overall but the veggies were just frozen veggies from a bag slightly reheated. My wife ordered the fisherman's dinner and everything on her plate was overcooked. Disappointed, probably won't be coming back.

This place has gone so downhill. It used to be one of my favourites but now I find it barely edible. The only good thing is the nice location. Server took forever to come greet us, and provided very mediocre service. Never refilled or offered more drinks, didn’t share about the patio promotion to support the hospital (I heard her telling another table and would’ve donated had I been given the chance) food was disgusting. Both of us felt sick afterwards. So expensive and not at all worth it. :/ unfortunately won’t return
Harbour Front Restaurant offers good food and a prime location, but its limited staff struggled to accommodate the high volume of customers, leading to rushed service and lack of attention. Despite requesting a warmer table and multiple available options, the initial waitress seemed disinterested. The waitstaff's responsiveness improved only when it came to payment, with an evident shift in attitude. Overall, the dining experience was marred by service issues, overshadowing the restaurant's positive aspects.

Went here on a rainy Friday night and it was moderately busy, but service was good. We had the seafood platter for 2, which was good but not great portion sizes for the $55 price tag. The most disturbing part of the visit was watching the bartender cough directly into her hand while mixing someone’s drink and she made no effort to wash her hands either. Normally we would order a drink but this really convinced us not to. After the last 3 years of Covid surely this should be top of mind.
I went here with my parents. I had the fish and chips. It was delicious. If you are looking for a thick piece of ++battered fish and deep fried, along with perfect chips, this is a place to check out. The fish was yummy, I thought the batter was a bit greasy (But I think that is a part of the experience). The waitress was friendly, efficient and prompt. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, the weather was not the greatest the day I visited, but I would recommend the patio.

An amazing spot right next to the water. We enjoyed a top floor window view while we ate a delicious supper of seafood. The seafood chowder and mussels were awesome. The seared scallops were my only complaint as they were seared with onions and peppers, and so they just taste like those veggies. In my culinary experience, scallops are always best seared with just butter and garlic butter at most. Other than that, everything was on point.
