This restaurant used to be my go-to place for celebrations with family and friends. However, they've eliminated their vegetarian options one by one, until the only one left is a dish I don't happen to like. Since we're all vegetarian in my family, it sadly means we have to find a new place for our outings.

Drove from an hour away to try the food as we heard good things about it and the food on the website looked very appealing ,however upon arriving we were informed that they changed their menu and haven't updated their website !!!
And the new menu was very limited with ext to no options
Naturally a let down ,very unprofessional and I suggest you get rid of your marketing team !!!!

Excellent seaside atmosphere at the town square. You can overlook the square which has events or farmers markets or the sea.

The staff is friendly and there is a relaxing atmosphere.

The food is excellent and savory with a depth of flavour.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options.

Parking: Located at the busiest center of town. There is lots of parking along the street but peak times will be limited

While the food is good and the service friendly, I preferred the menu items last year or the year before.

I can not say enough good things. I made reservations for myself and elopement guests to have dinner at another restaurant and we showed up after our ceremony to a closed sign and locked door. Turns out they changed their hours and didn’t care to notify me that they were canceling my reservation. This left me standing on the street upset, confused and honestly embarrassed! We walked over to seasons by the sea, who were extremely busy but didn’t bat an eye when we asked if they could seat us all. We had a short wait and they took us right in. What a blessing in disguise, the food was delicious, the staff had us laughing and it was such a beautiful location. It was amazing!!

We went to this amazing restaurant tonite. Very rarely do you find a restaurant that ticks all of the boxes. Seasons by the bistro did !!! We were first seated by the owner who made sure we had a view of the harbour. Next we met Jaz.. he was our server. What a wonderful person. The meal was one of the best we have had in a long time. Everything was delicious.. The restaurant was super duper clean.. the staff exceptional .. and the meal over the top. Check this place out, you’ll be glad you did. Ask for Jaz.. he’s an extraordinary guy. Cathie & Brian …

My daughter and I ate there this past weekend on our vacation. Their burger was out of this world delicious. We both really enjoyed ourselves. The service was great, the food was amazing and the view on the water was beautiful. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Andrews. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience!
We chose this restaurant carefully according to reviews and posted pictures and we were so happy we did!
The glass patio, view with sunset and the ambience inside was top notch! The service by Dan was absolutely fantastic! He looked right after us! He answered a lot of questions! And gave us some history on the restaurant which we appreciated! We had the mussels, seared scallops and they were fresh and cooked to perfection! We also had the seafood chowder and it was one of the best I’ve had! Flavour was perfection!
We had the local blueberry desserts! Blueberry cheesecake and lemon blueberry cake! WOW! The owners came and chatted with all tables to make sure they were happy with everything which I thought was a lovely gesture, and goes along way with out of towners like myself. Will definitely be singing their praises and we will going back next visit to Saint Andrews! Thank you SEASONS BY THE SEA!

The chowder is delicious. It doesn't feel too greasy.

A bit expensive compared to the quantity.
When you sit on the terrace in the summer, the sun shines on the glass table and dazzles your eyes.
