“Don't normally write reviews unless a really good or really bad experience, but thought this place deserved one. Will definitely go back to try something else because of the great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Had ordered nachos with no peppers or onions, when they arrived I saw a little bit of onion but figured it was just on the edge from the other order of nachos, didn't feel the need to complain and didn't have the time to wait for new ones, but had to pick off a lot of them. Didn't find the nachos great, not just because of the unwanted onions, but was hungry and ate a good part of them anyways,kindly mentioned when I went to pay what had happened not expecting anything-we all make mistakes- just a little constructive criticism- wouldn't have been a place I would go back or recommend if it wasn't for the awesome service or making it right.“

“The staff here go above and beyond in every department! Carol Bastarache, GM, has established an IHG family. Even Drita in the bar/restaurant contributed to the front desk stellar hospitable pros. It’d been more convenient at another property upon our return; however, the ENTIRE front desk staff was remarkable!“

“Stopped here for lunch on 1 Oct 19 on way from NB to Maine. Sat at bar. The young guy behind bar was fantastic. Did not catch his name but he had sleeve tats on both arms. There was a small crowd in from the cruise ships and he had no helpers. Nonetheless did a masterful job of taking orders, serving, cleaning up. Very friendly. We had chicken quesadilla and fish and chips. Both excel,ent. Good draft beer, too. Noted the very clean restrooms. A perfect spot for a nice lunch and beer.Ken, Ogden, Utah, USA“
