They have very nice service
Rude employees. I was standing in line, as it appeared only one register was open, had made eye contact with I assume was management, someone came in behind me and management took his order instead of acknowledging that I was there first. When I go step up to order, as I started to list off my order, the cashier just walked away. Staff was rude, ignorant, and clearly did not want to be. Next time I’ll go to the Dairy Queen further away in the other direction if I go again.
Hair in blizzard
Workers were mean to a man that simply asked “what can I get for $7” told him to go next door
Got an ice cream treatzza pizza from this location and it was obviously melted and then refrozen and I just wanted an exchange and they would not do this for me. I suggest not to order your frozen treats from this location.
Staff seem to not be able to keep up to how busy the place is
This DQ has gone so far down hill it's not even funny
Paid for extra hot fudge on 2 sundaes but they were equal, so out of principle I asked for more but argued with the guy in the window because he disagreed.

This is probably the only DQ that isn't updated. It could use a really good face-lift. Inside and out. The bathroom is outside behind the building. Not the most pleasant bathroom. Food is your typical fast food.

Dairy Queen as a brand serves delicious ice cream, however their food leaves a lot to be desired.
The atmosphere could use work, its usually not the cleanest space which makes dining in out of the question.
The service on the other hand is usually fast which helps get customers served at an efficient pace reducing crowding and wait times.

Drive thru obscenely slow. Took a solid 2 minutes waiting at the speaker box just for someone to take my order. Then when I went to pay, which took more than 5 minutes despite there only being 2 cars in front that didn't even look like they had big orders, the lady at the window didn't even know what I ordered. Then, after waiting another couple minutes waiting, I finally got my ice cream that was of average quality for a blizzard. The sad part is that it didn't seem very busy, and it looked like there was a good amount of staff working that evening (roughly 7PM, Sept 12, 2024).

Dairy Queen's food has improved since I used to try to eat there. Their hamburgers used to taste like hockey pucks that somebody already played with. Now they're on par with other fast food places no complaints.

I went in on Rothesay Ave and was helped by Gillbeast who was amazing. I was looking for the perfect cake for our son's milestone birthday and when they did not have a generic one of the design I wanted he still made it happen and did a custom one. He was so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend for your next celebration!
