Have ordered many times through Splash KV and sometimes have DoorDash delivery. Tonight we chose to go pick up and waited until our pickup time which was a bit longer than we hoped but their food is amazing and we were okay to wait until pickup time on our online order.

A group of 3. Reservation confirmed. Long wait at the door to be seated. Absolutely no consideration for protein substitutions. Most items are chicken. Prefer tofu or shrimp. Waitress needed to come multiple times to apologize for the kitchen’s delays and issues. Very disappointed in the quality of food and time spent. Unlikely to return
