I pay 45 $and 95 cents for donairs I couldn't eat over cook they use to be the best them a 12 inch pizza never again that use to be our treat every month but cheaper to stay home for something I couldn't eat thankyou

The place is understaffed. If I were the staff here I would walk out lock the door. I will never ever be back. Ordered on line for 4 when I got here pizza not made. Waited for half hourI know my expectations are high but

I pay $35 plus tax for large pizza with pepperoni and cheese plus half with donair... they told me 30 min after it was 15 min and drop off quick about 10:50pm, I open pizza box and eat them after I noticed they full raw and not cooked. so I call them many time until he answers, I ask I want refund and it not cooked, he hung up... I will be there tmr morning and need refund. I ain't playing with ya

There's no way the recent good reviews are real.First, the order took ages. I had to ask "is that my order?" for her to say "I don't know, I'm not over there." What?! Can you not check? I'm watching my pizza just sit there, as a man chomping on some food is showing a teenager how to make a pizza box... which the kid couldn't seem to understand. Oh boy... so my food was hard, cold and (a large) cut into 16 tiny pieces. 16 tiny pieces. The garlic fingers were rock hard. At least they remembered the donair sauce. I was asked how long I'd been waiting so she could, I think, establish if I should get a discount. Someone ahead of me was offered free food because it had been sitting there for over 3 hours. The employee was rude to the Skip driver the moment he walked in. She made a comment to another customer about how "everyone in Saint John suddenly decided they were hungry and wanted pizza". Yes. That's what usually happens at 5:30pm.I should have left a review in June when my child decided he wanted a party pizza for his birthday lunch. No better than this experience, but it took an hour and a half. I'll only use the north end Greco going forward. Even after driving back to the east side, the pizza is made right, well, and it's still hot.
I read the reviews below and was concerned. I've always loved Greco pizza and donairs. When I saw that fish 'n chips were available I thought great.....then I read the reviews and was concerned. I went to the said establishment and expressed my concerns to the mgr Lori she explained to me why these reviews were there. As she is explaining many customers are coming and going and she is addressingmany on a first name basis. I ask here how she knows the names of most of these patrons and they call her by her name. Simply stated, she says they are regular customers. Wow!I then go to The Vine and as I'm paying for my groceries I find myself explaining to the staff my experience as I stated above. Phil says he gets the fish 'n chips regularly, and in fact that is what he and his wife were having for supper that evening.Well the moment of reckoning happened this evening. I went to this Greco Pizza this evening for the 2 piece fish 'n chips.Verdict: TWO THUMBS UP AND MORE.Absolutely delicious and not one bit disappointing and all for $10.99!I SHALL RETURN THERE FOR FISH 'N CHIPS AGAIN!I also will not hesitate one bit to order my other favourites, pizzas and donairs. Lori wasn't even working tonight which means the staff did not know who I was. Tonight's staff was different from those who were working when I went in the other day for the first time. I recommend anyone to check this place out because the staff are friendly and the food is excellent!

Waited 65 min for a pizza garlic fingers oven sun and one piece fish,because they dropped my first oven sub on the floor! Everything was extra burnt,not even edible! The fish wasn’t burnt it was just cold and droopy from the wait!
