Visited the mall location last night . My wife had beef and mushroom pocket and I had donair. Food was great large portions and good value. Staff were friendly will be back for sure !
I usually eat at the restaurant in Brunswick Sq. but recently started going to the one on Rothesay only because they are open on Sundays. Both stores are very clean and the service is good and quick. I love that the food is made fresh. The employees are very friendly. Good food for your money. Would definitely recommend it as well as continue eating there!

I have been going to Mother Nature's for decades. It's important to keep in mind this is a casual dining experience. For $20 (including tax) I had a steak and mushroom pita, Greek salad, canned soft drink and a piece of carrot cake. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed having my meal in their dining area. This beats any fast food type of meal by miles!
