If you are a parent, please read this before stepping foot in this restaurant. I had an absolutely miserable experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
We waited for over 30 minutes for our food while my young child, who was starving, slowly lost his patience. Any parent knows the stress of a hungry child—he was crying and yelling that he was hungry, and I was doing everything I could to calm him down while waiting for the meal we paid for.

Delivered over 2 hours after I ordered. Insane.
On Christmas Eve I placed an order for 5:30 pick up and paid, got there and they were still working on 4/4:30pm orders, I went in and asked they call me when it was ready and they agreed and noted my receipt. 7pm still no word went down and it was still packed. Went back at 8:20pm after still no call and they were closed. Yesterday went back to address the issue and they said they would make it then, no reason why they didn’t call or an apology.
