I usually have a good experience here, but this time around was very disappointing. I waited roughly 10 or so minutes for my drink, as I thought they were getting other orders before mine, but the barista just cleaned up and went to the kitchen. I made eye contact and she tried giving me a bottle of water, but I told her I was waiting for a drink. It did finally get made but it was a little frustrating, especially as there was no apology for the wait, unfortunately, which I would've appreciated.

They never answer the phone for catering, even though they have business cards on the counter advertising this service. I’ve tried several times at different times of the day and have never been able to speak to anyone. They never pick up the phone.

Stopped in on a beautiful windy day while ashore from our cruise. The shop is clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and the coffee was good. Had a cup of dark roast with heavy cream.

The Wife had an Italian cream soda that was rich and delicious. We shared an Oatmeal Cake, seen in the photo. It was different from anything I have had before but was delicious and not overly sweet.

Come visit this place.

Went to the second cup here, it was just about 7 am and they weren’t open yet, no real biggie. The man who opened the door was maybe having a bad day. I said good morning, and he didn’t respond or even look at me. I also said thank you for opening the door, again no response. Went into order my coffee and food. His oven wasn’t at temp a yet so I would have to wait. Fine. Waited 15 minutes he finally put the food in… it ended up being cold anyway. The coffee was ok.
Maybe avoid if you would like some customer service.

Best cup of chai tea I’ve ever gotten from a place that isn’t charging me 30$ for an artisanal blend haha. Highly suggest and if you get the chance get the honey and vanilla chai!

Avoid ordering anything from here thru skip the dishes, i was so hooked after find out starbucks discontinue the double chocolate chip frap, to find the frocho we were addicted, the drink is top 10 for me BUT i ordered thru skip the dishes and i dont know where it was the error, the first time i got an ice coffee, ( i got my.money back except the delivery and tip fee, second time a tea with a bagel ( i did not get my money back)3 time they were not able to find the address and they left it at the front of the building on the floor. If u are not able to go in person do not waste your money

Good spot but why do they close so early 😔 I wanted a coffee but I realize they close at 5 Pm I feel like they should be open til atleast 6 🤣

Went to Second Cup this morning and had a terrible experience. The man taking orders (no name tag, beard, backwards cap) was extremely rude and dismissive. We’re teens, and it honestly felt like we weren’t being taken seriously because of that. It took forever just to get our order taken.

I ordered a smoothie that turned out to be syrup, powder, banana, and ice—not what I’d call a real smoothie at all. My friend sent her sandwich back three times because it was frozen in the middle. The last time, I brought it up and was snapped at. The employee said, “Well all the sandwiches are frozen so I guess I’ll have to get a whole new one and microwave it a few times.” It was still cold. In my opinion someone who is comfortable yelling at a couple of respectful teens trying to eat breakfast should not be in customer service. We had given this man no reason to believe that we were disrespectful or bad in any way, yet we faced discrimination because of our age

The food was just mid overall, and the attitude made it worse. Definitely not coming back to this location.
