Dined in at the Swiss Chalet on Consumers Drive on June 2,2025 with my parents and we all ordered the quarter chicken dinner. The food was delicious, hot and well cooked. It came very quickly after we ordered it. Our waitress (Tiana) was so pleasant, courteous and friendly!! She definitely was a 6/5 ⭐️ Great experience and would recommend for lunch or dinner

We had the unfortunate luck of having lunch at this location. From start to finish it was a terrible experience!!!!!! We had to ask to have someone take our order. Then when they did they didn’t have “spring rolls”, they didn’t have “quesadillas”, they didn’t have Pepsi in a glass. It took so long to get our food we considered going to McDonald’s to grab a bite then come back. Once we did get our food my wrap had chicken that was still frozen. We could not get out of there fast enough. Never again!!!!!

Unfortunately, take out order was wrong. We were offered a credit for our next order, but we're not from the region.

Incorrect business hours! Google Maps says they're open until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9 PM, they were already closed. Their website also had incorrect information. It's really frustrating to plan a visit and find the place closed. Please update your business hours accurately

My husband and I are regulars because we know we are always going to get consistently good food for a for a reasonable price and phenomenal service. Our favourite server is Jenn. She is exceptional and remembers our orders.

The food was great and piping hot, and the staff was excellent. However this restaurant is way way overdue for an interior overhaul. Our table was missing a chunk and despite being wiped it was so old that it still felt sticky. And looking around you could see years and years of poor patch work and food stains on walls. But I swear it's the same interior set up as when it opened. Swiss Chalet it's time to update this dingy diner.
