bad service. ordered 2 large vanilla iced coffees . took them back no vanilla in them!they were burnt but that why I get vanilla they are always burnt but I didnt tell them about burnt they always are used to it. they said here put them in the tray and we will make you new ones . so gave them the two back . a minute later they bring back the same two iced coffees burnt as usual . and No vanilla .
foolish how slow and unorganized this place is 30 to 40 min for drive thru try and go into the store they ignore you and you wait even longer staff standing around chatting not serving refusing to open second cash when line up is out the door

Undertrained staff. I just wanted to know how many espresso shots were in a small iced latte since you just recently made them available in all sizes. The young lady at the window simply told me "Its a machine 🙄." Quite rude if you ask me.
