Incompetent. Have a hard time communicating with staff on every order, have had two workers try and talk to us through the microphone simultaneously on multiple occasions so you can’t understand anything. On multiple occasions I’ve been charged for cold brews and given iced coffees. Will not return. Go to the other Tim’s down the road and save yourself the headache

A fast and friendly employee at the drive thru window. She got our large order accurate at a busy time of 12:30 pm.She was even friendly with our three chihuahuas.Vegetarian options: Cilantro Lime Vegetarian Wrap.

Inaccessible. How can you call your store ADA compliant when your bathroom stalls don't even have handles on the doors to access them. In order for a wheelchair user to open the door to the stall they need to be able to reach under the door and pull towards themselves to open it... This whole washroom is a design flaw- not only is it inaccessible it's unrealistic to assume that because an abled body person can access it that it's compliant.
To top it off, the stall is barely big enough to turn a wheelchair (definitely not 59inx59in required) so that you can maneuver around and shift from the chair to the toilet. I didn't even see an emergency cord anywhere...I sincerely hope you have one since it's required ADA compliance.
This is the bare minimum and you didn't meet that, do better please.

Ordered 2 full meals of sandwiches without tomatoes, iced coffees and doughnuts and surprisingly everything was perfect with the order. Sometimes things get a bit messed up and it's not what I ordered but this time I'm happy to say it was spot on. First time at this location and it may be my new go to when in the area.

My husband went through Tim's Hickey & Loch Lomond Rd yesterday. Ask for large coffee 3 cream 3 sugar. Med Ice Coffee made with milk, cheese tea biscuit toasted with butter, a farmers wrap with mayo no Chipotle and a fruit explosion muffin. When he got home, my Ice Coffee was made with cream, I had no cheese tea biscuit at ALL. My husband farmers wrap had Chipotle on it. I called because I am absolutely getting fed up with Tim's as every time we go through something is not right with our order. The manager I spoke with called my husband a liar and said she was the one that took the orders in the morning and no one ask for mayo on a wrap. We'll yes he did because he absolutely hates Chipotle, plus she said oh and the tea biscuit well its just a tea biscuit.I am done with spending our hard earned money at a location that is so ignorant and disrespectful towards there customers. I can not ever imagine speaking to a customer the way she did with me and calling us a lair.Not that my comment matters because people complain and nothing changes EVER!!! I am just a nobody cause they know customers will always go back. Well not this customer !!
