Mac salad is still great but everything else now is dripping grease and soggy. So much salt on the chicken. Made me sick to my stomach. Not what KFC used to be that's for sure.

This is a follow up to Laura G's review. I'm her husband. She's unable to add additional information to her review, so I'm doing it from my account. After my wife complained about the terrible bucket of chicken we got at our last visit to KFC, we got a call from the manager, Kia, who offered her apologies as well as another bucket of chicken for us. She was very nice and concerned about our experience. Yesterday, I dropped in to pick up our free bucket and was served by Nancy. She was sweet, courteous and a great example of how to treat customers. She made sure that we got a full complement of chicken. The combined professionalism of both Kia and Nancy, ensures we will definitely return to this outlet again. Our thanks to both of these ladies.

Chicken quality has gone down. Not as good as I remember, and definitely not the KFC Chicken I remember. Spicy fries were not too bad. As a whole, just not the high quality KFC I remember.Parking: Lot of spaces in front of the store

After reading the other reviews, one wonders if the staff takes home the good pieces for themselves and the customers get the scraps. We bought an 18 pc bucket and when we got home, we found 9 drums, 3 wings and the rest assorted white meat. No thighs. No ribs. If I'm paying $40 for a bucket of chicken, I'd like at least 2 of everything. Will be contacting head office, since others have said you get no customer service calling this outlet directly.

My husband bought a Bucket that was supposed to include 4 pieces of dark meat, 4 tenders, popcorn chicken, 2 sides, and 2 orders of fries plus 2 dipping sauces. There was No popcorn chicken or any dipping sauces in the order. Also only one piece of dark meat (leg)..the rest were white. One of the pieces was very overcooked (overdone coating was very dark in colour and the chicken itself was very dry). We won't be ordering from KFC again!

Wow..don't know how to begin. Waited for a full 5 min for someone to come out to order desk..rang bell,called out..finally an extremely surly woman came out and point blank growled about being on the drive through( seemingly its offensive to come inside). Asked for a 10 PC bucket,2 included sides,and an extra side of gravy.Wow..on arrival at home(8 min away), the'chicken' was actually squashed into the bottom of the bucket in a full 1/4" of grease. The fries were cold and soggy, and I don't know what happened to the 'gravy', because it was simply brown flour and water. No return on phone, no reason whatsoever why the food quality is so terrible. Not going to that franchise ever, and suggest others to look elsewhere for fried chicken.Laughable to see the only glowing reviews are from people directly associated by family to the current owners. This is something KFC Canada should look into. Appalling food.

Purchased a 12 piece family meal on October 23rd, 2022. Asked the supervisor who took my order ahead of time what white meat came in the bucket. He told me 2 breasts and 2 ribs. I got home, a 30kms drive away, to see a bucket filled with tiny wings, three drums, a rib. No receipt given. I tried calling but this kfc doesn't answer the phone. I followed up via email and the person who opened and replied, Sarang, appeared to share the name of the supervisor who served me. Said he'd get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Not a word. I followed up twice and no response. Disappointing to say the least. Lot of money to pay for a bucket of wings.

Ordered a big crunch sandwich. Was given just chicken on a bun, with less than a tbsp of mayo and no lettuce (apparently they were all out and we weren't told). Paid extra for gravy, was just brown water with no flavour. No thicker than my drink and wouldn't even stick to the fries. Will not be back.

I had to wait 25 min for "fresh" chicken. It was the worst chicken I have ever had. It was dry and so over cooked it was mostly bones. Almost looked like they refried leftover chicken...certainly tasted like it. Ate 1 piece out of 10 piece bucket...threw the rest in garbage. Extremely disappointing.
