Our first time at this amazing Diner…we will be back!!! Veggie burger was delicious and my husband’s fish and chips were fantastic! Worth the drive from Fredericton.
Carman's Diner was one of the few restaurants open when we visited St Stephen, and I'm glad we stopped for lunch. The restaurant is cozy, with booths and a counter for seating. There's also a large room in the back. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My son enjoyed his burger. I ordered a small chef salad, and it was very tasty, with the "small" being plenty of food for me. My husband ordered the hot turkey sandwich. It came with mashed potatoes and was covered with gravy....read full review

Stoped in this Diner after a weekend of glamping in St-stephen, the place was packed. We had 1 table left we where greeted, served and had our food with in 20 min. My fish and chips where delicious and my husbands Hot Turkey was perfect. Will be back
