Similar to other reviews, my coffee is definitely not correct. I said 2 milk 1 sugar, I got 3 milk, 2 sugar and as I drove away from the screen it said 7 sugars 4 milks. The woman said she had the order and to move forward. Sure thing! They also forgot my hashbrown and breakfast burritos were cold. Avoid this place! Better off eating cereal at home.

Every time I order from this McDonalds I have to pull in to spot 1,2 or 3 and wait an additional 20 minutes. It been for fries, hash-browns, poutine and McGriddles. It doesn't matter what time of day, it's always the same pull on to spot blank and wait.

Thursday september 25th. My, very simple coffee order was wrong again. 2 milk 1 sugar. It ended up being probably 4 sugar in the coffee. This is the second time it has happened and the coffee is inedible. At least i was working locally and could come back for a new one. However i waited for a long time and was soundly ignored by everyone working there. Someone who wanted to order food with cash ended up leaving because they got there before me and couldnt wait any longer. Drive a few more kms to the next mcdonalds on the map.

I've been going to this McDonald's for years. They constantly mess up your order. You go through drive-thru and they make you pull around and wait for every order and then they still mess up the food and the food's never fresh....
20 minute waits in the drive thru are getting extremely old. Will find another place to get breakfast in the mornings. Unbelievable!!

Had an experience here with a very angry employee one night. I mean he was pissed off bc I ordered a milkshake at 10pm. Very unprofessional and his actions were completely off the rails. Overall the rest of the team are great! Just had a very bad experience with this person once ot twice.

This McDonald’s has turned into a joke, the staff has completely turned over and have no idea what they are doing, no matter how small your order is, it’s always the same story, pull into spot 1 or 2 so you can wait 7 minutes for a McMuffin, few days ago the pizza bites we’re literally frozen when we got them. Avoid and go to the Burger King Down the street, they at least get the good right, are much faster and the staff is local and friendly.
