If the young ADULTS could stay off their cell phones long enough to (1) Take the orddr correctly and (2) Bag the order CORRECTLY it would be a step in the right direction. This is terrible customer service!

The absolute worst coffee grinds I've ever experienced. 1/4 cup of grinds in a medium coffee 🤮 won't let me post pictures!!

Went to order breakfast through the drive through on December 5th. They were out of hot cakes and ended up being told to wait for our order. Ended up being forgotten about, and having to go in and remind them we had ordered.

They never had any sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets so I said cancel the order 2 10 piece nuggets meals and left. I was not happy

It does not take a rocket scientist to know that when packing a bag with food, the poutine doesn't get put on it's side. My other meal came with a half of a container of what they deem as "fresh" fries. I cannot in good faith keep going to this location. It is always disgusting and the food is thrown together on the best of days. A please and thank you go a long ways too. SMH

Went in for 2 coffees. Said approved on debit. Even showed my bank page proving the money went out. Was made to pay again to get my drinks. Was told it's a "glitch" in the system. Seems very sketchy. I currently am sitting with 2 transactions taken out of my account and an assurance that it would fix itself or I would be refunded my $5. Never going back to spend any money here.
This child does not pay attention to the orders he misses items.. example my strawberry milkshake and had to come back to get it! He is maybe a little undertrained or need more help staying organized
