I had to go here as my sister insisted it was a great place. I gave up the first 2 times as there was no parking available. I did find a spot on my 3rd try (lucky for me I drive a smart (parking was challenging) The line up and putting in the order was tedious. (I suspect the guy was very new) the food was okay, the coffee ok

Absolutely loved Adorable Chocolat in Shediac! 😋The pastries were fresh and incredibly delicious — we wanted to try them all. Great latte and flavorful London Fog tea. For the kids, they have the most delicious real hot chocolate. We had a lovely time with the kids, and it’s dog-friendly outdoors, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Cozy atmosphere that makes you want to come back again.

Visiting New Brunswick we were recommended to go here and I'm so happy we did. As soon as you walk in you smell the delicious fresh pastries. Very unique decor. So so so tasty we went back for more the next day. Delicious breakfast croissants.
This is a great place for coffee. They also offer snacks including ice cream. The staff are friendly and the place is truly something to experience. The interior is nicely decorated. The selection of coffees is truly wonderful and I'm sure anyone could find something for themselves. I find they close a little too early, which can make it a little more difficult to plan an outing with friends or family, but it's definitely worth checking out.

The ice coffee was quite bad, actually not drinkable ( Sept 2nd 2025 / 7:45PM ), is this staff member new? We threw out our 2 coffees as it was very strong. Would give a 3* but the chocolate is your main expertise and is TOP.

Miss organisation in the kitchen... we wait 20 mn for a breakfast croissant... most of the people were served before us... the person who makes the coffees make the croissant at the end... pas très hygiénique..
