It was not busy at lunch time. I only got a medium sundae. There was no one else there but it took awhile for my sundae. The woman who waited on me, I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she was not very pleasant with me and the woman she waited on behind me.

My husband and I usually avoid this place as they rarely get the order correct. Today was no different. We decided to pick up lunch between meetings and when we got home, half our order was missing.
I called the establishment and Carla said she would have someone drive me the remaining of the order as I live in town. An hour went by and no one showed up.
I called them back and spoke to Kamal. She was absolutely nasty and refused to give me the managers name. She then gave me Azad’s name and said to call him in the morning and hung up on me.
I tried calling them back and no one would answer. Companies like this are terrible for small communities as the customer service is at an all time low. Maybe they don’t realize that their customers are the ones keeping the lights on and paying their paychecks.
I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere.

My husband brought me home a 6 piece chicken strip basket from DQ St. Stephen, N.B. He was not impressed at the long wait he had to place an order considering there wasn’t any vehicles in line. He was offered a small sundae for the lengthy period of time.
It’s almost 7pm so I can’t wait to dig into my supper. As soon as I opened the box I had a bad feeling. These didn’t look like the chicken strips in the DQ ad. There were 2 bigger pieces but a bunch of smaller pieces looking a bit bigger than nuggets. Then I noticed the color of the strips. The edges were darker brown and in between the crunch coating the color was greyish and black. Overcooked and burned, I still tried to take a bite. The strip was so hard I’m in need of a dentist appointment.
So I called the King Street DQ number to speak with the manager. A female employee with what appeared to be East Indian accent answered the phone. She told me the manager was out but supervisor was there. I explained my experience as mentioned above and she told me to wait and put the phone down. I could hear her speaking to someone in a language I didn’t understand (not English). What I DID understand was her laughing and the word ‘dentist’ and more laughter. After a few words from a male voice there were footsteps and then the dial tone. Someone HUNG UP ON me ! So I decided to write a few reviews and a complaint to the company. I doubt we will ever eat here again. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to my birthday DQ Blizzard Ice Cream Cake ☹️

My husband and I travel up here for work, not much for fast food but we stopped here after a long day and had the #1, it was the best burger I ve ever eaten at a dairy queen. Put together perfectly like they cared, thought about it for days, just delicious. Thought it might have been a one off but we ve been back 3 more times, delicious everytime, people in there are so nice, best DQ in nb if you ask me.

They had great building that’s is clean . But the best part is their food and amazing staff. It made my day going in there.
Kid-friendliness: They staff are really nice and will help you a lot.
We have 2 little boys and your employee Carla is amazing with them. She had a basket with some little toys at Easter and she gave the boys one each, it made our lunch so enjoyable, the boys loved it, and we got to enjoy a great lunch♥️

Very good customer service, the young woman with nice brown hair was phenomenal with her customer service. She gets my order right every time, takes time out of her shift to make sure I enjoy my visit. (Btw this is my Fortnite name for the review)
They advertise a free sundae with every meal but doesn’t state on advertising it ends at 2 which the lady working today told me the girl working Saturday gave me one with my meal well after 2 it’s poor advertising
