Diner 81 (Korean, Japanese & Western Foods)

I just had the BEST sandwich of my life at Diner 81!! The CLUB. ACTUAL turkey meat, crispy bacon, cheese, tomato, and mayo all on a fresh bun….beautiful! Not only that, we ordered it to be ready at a specific time and it was ready when we got there. My family got the sushi and it was equally amazing!!! This place is a hidden gem!! So glad we have it in our little town!!

The food is good, but some of the ethnic cuisine is only available on certain days. The presentation of the food varies from very good to the simple plating I had today. While I was eating they were contending with a big storm with high winds trying to knock the power out. I have to recommend this place. It's normally pretty good.

Went for Korean and told it was not available that day. The food we ordered wasn’t great. It took a long time to be brought cutlery and by that point the food was cold. Waitress didn’t seem to want to be there. Will not be back.

Have dined here several times & never had anything but, a great taste experience. Korean & Japanese cuisine tasty, flavorful & spicy. The fish, seafood & chowder are large portions, hot & flavorful.

Fantastic. If you can eat pork, the Korean bbq (the combo 2, really) is exactly what you need to get. If you can’t, the chicken popcorn is just as good. Would highly reccomend!

Cute place with delicious homemade food. The fish and chips is excellent with HUGE, freshly battered haddock and super crispy fries. The jalapeño poppers are also homemade, not processed. Wish we could have tried the Korean food as it looked delicious!

Walked from the Irving truck stop to try this place out based on reviews. I had the spicy teppan yaki and dumplings. I have tried other types of Asian cuisine but never Korean. I would say it is the best I’ve ever had. The sauce in the teppan yaki was so tasty and addictive !

The food came out very quickly and my server aria was so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quaint and tidy.
