Best fried clams, I've had in a very long time. Portion size was excellent and the folks running the show were delightful.
We will definitely stop the next time we're traveling through St. Stephens

This place is off the charts! Best fish and chips ever and the portions are enormous. The people running it are so nice and the man who took my order was a riot! An absolute gem.

The food was terrible not as good as people are saying it is I had a seafood platter and my husband had a clam platter. The only thing half decent where the clams the scallops were funny tasting, and the fish was dripping grease The gravy tasted like flour The tartar sauce tasted like mustard In my opinion, it was not worth $71

I just wish they updated their hours. I drive over many times and they are closed even though the hours on the net say open

My fish look just like the other pictures that people taken It was good. The fries were good too, homemade fries. I just wish I was a little more hungry so it could have tried some other things on the menu.

It's a takeout stand so there's not much for atmosphere.

I definitely recommend stopping here while you're in St Stephen.

Not great, but not bad. Ordered fish & chips, onion rings, and poutine. Called ahead to order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived on time and everything was ready (2 very friendly ladies working). We took the 2 minute drive home and were disappointed to find the fish & chips and onion rings were only lukewarm and kind of soggy. The poutine was hot and good though. Thinking the fish and chips might have been made as soon as we called. This spot is a hometown staple, so I’ll definitely be back, but hopefully the fish is a bit better next time.

My spouse and I crossed the border for a fun trip away from home. On our way back, he took me to one of his old favorite spots: King St Take Out. Instead of staying around to eat, we got our food to go. However, I must add that the setup outside is pretty sweet. I liked the picnic tables and when we came through, it was quite busy. Anyway, we ordered the 3 piece fish and chip meal + an order of deep fried oreos. I enjoyed the fish, but it wasn't my absolute favorite. It was good, but not the best in my books. However, don't let that deter you from trying it out. My spouse enjoyed it. He really liked the taste of the fish. We opted to share the 3 piece meal since the portions are huge and enough to feed the both of us. He really liked the coleslaw, too. The fries were handcut, so that was nice. They were a bit on the soggy side, but the fact that they were handcut made up for that. We like our handcut fries.

Now, the best part of the meal for me was the dessert. I would give that 5 stars hands done. Deep fried oreos with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. I just about left the mortal plane and got resurrected. That's how good it was. All in all, we definitely would come back when traveling through the area. If you're looking for good portion sized food, or amazing dessert, check out this spot. Neat and delicious for the whole family.
