To the owner, I have already been through your guest services complaint system via your head office. There is a complaint in your system. It’s been going on for months. please check your system
It's a fast food cafe so the atmosphere is nothing special but the coffee and donuts are great. The staff were wonderful!

I go here with my friends a lot. Nice place to hang out and talk. Atmosphere is terrible, however, but this isn't the stores fault. Lots of crackheads and creepy old men. They are doing things to fix this, though. The cream cheese on the bagels is generally not evenly spread out. The rest of the food is pretty standard for tims though. I would recommend any of their wraps or donuts. The bathrooms are usually clean. Staff is helpful and friendly for the most part.
