every single time i order a boston cream donut it is put in upside down in the bag causing the chocolate on the top to stick to the bottom of the bag. today was my very last straw when my boyfriend surprised me with a boston cream donut and when i pulled it out of the bag it was bald ALL of the chocolate was in a clump stuck to the bottom of the bag. very unpleasant i will not be ordering a boston cream donut again.

I drive 45 minutes, and then cross the border to stop at this Tim Ho's. Never once have I regretted that decision. The food is 2-3x better than any American Tim Ho's, and the staff are consistent and friendly! Well done Canadians!!Vegetarian options: If you are a vegan the farmers wrap with no meat and no cheese is to die for!

Had some fresh donuts and hot coffee; I honestly don't understand how Horton's hasn't put every Dunkin in America out of business by now. I'd literally go to Canada just for Tim Hortons donuts and coffee now. The food is delicious and fresh and the coffee is amazing, for my money it can't be beat.

We came over the border for the day. I can't leave St. Stephen without stopping for an Iced Capp at Tim's! For some reason they taste better than the ones I get in Maine :) Great and quick

As with all Tims hot coffee & edible bagels. Seems some customers may live in their cars in the parking area. But a friendly lot.

Writing this review both as a former customer and now former employee. As a customer, my experience was great. Loved getting my iced coffees and craveables. However had an issue last year and I called into Customer Service about it. Not once but twice. First was about racism and the other because of a possible food poisoning. The baker wasn’t wearing any gloves while putting food on the showcase or the sandwich area.I started working here in March of this year and yes the experience was great BUT, it also wasn’t. Got to meet some nice people and some that I just do not ever want to be around EVER.The lack of professionalism, miscommunication, 0 accountability, and emotional supervisors. I even experienced discrimination as well as being bullied. The lady that trained me started to become the bully. I get everyone has there days, but if you do not want to work, stay tf home! Stop trying to mess up our day or even the job we’re trying to do (e.g Purposely mixing orders). When you talk to management about it, instead of confronting the other person, they brush it off like its nothing and that “they know what they’re doing”This is what happens when you have supervisors that are still kids.It was extremely frustrating when I was trying to do my job while having other team members coming in like vultures. I noticed it the very first day I started working. Thought okay I’ll give it 6 months…NOPE. That environment is not suitable. Adults with kids acting like kids themselves… skipping rotations b/c someone doesn’t want to do sandwich? Yes they still do it! Yes they throw away ready made product instead of giving it to employees for discounted price or even free, because it’ll “hurt the business”. You guys have no idea how much food and product goes in the garbage and people complaining that money isn’t being made…take your money ELSEWHERE!See ya never Tim Horton’s ??

Great chili for lunch. It was very tasty! Location right over the border from customs.

Well, let me tell you about my experience at Tim Hortons, bud. It was a real disappointment, I tell ya.First off, the service was slower than a turtle walking through peanut butter. I had to wait in line for what felt like hours just to get my coffee, and when I finally got to the front, the person taking my order was about as friendly as a grizzly bear with a toothache.Secondly, the food was just plain ol' gross. The donuts were dry as a bone, and the bagels were so hard I thought I was gonna break a tooth. And don't even get me started on the breakfast sandwiches - they tasted like they were made from some kinda mystery meat. Finally, the prices were way too high for what you get. I ain't gonna pay top dollar for a cup of coffee that tastes like it was brewed by my Aunt Betsy, and she ain't even a professional barista.Overall, I wouldn't recommend Tim Hortons to nobody. Save your money and go get yourself a cup of joe somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
