Kinda bland overall, but the place was clean and the service pretty good for a fast food establishment

Maybe it's me but the quality of the meat for burgers seems to be down.

The chicken strips were caked in sauce! I was impressed, and very pleased with this as most locations in Alberta can be chincey on it.
The server brought the order right to our table, and even gave plastic cutlery. Not much better than that!

Dairy Queen is just always expensive. Still make amazing blizzard's. Onion rings are top notch (still 5$ for a regular)

Expensive and bad portions. Lettuce is always rotten and the tomatoes are yellow. They screw up orders all the time and the staff is slow

It would be nice if there was enough staff to serve the counter. I waited 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged, don't mind waiting but would at least like not to be ignored
Unbelievably slow. every.single.time. Food is decent.
Bacon Sadness: We had burgers and fries. They were okay. The lettuce and tomato were fine, with reasonable amounts and quite fresh.
Then there was the bacon... amazingly thin slices (which in itself wasn't an issue) but also horribly pale and limp. I asked a manager who happened to be walking past if this was usual and that I dont eat bacon that isn't cooked more thoroughly.
I hadn't had a burger at DQ for ages and thought there must be a problem with that burger, that day. He promptly brought me out a very generous helping (enough for 7 or 8 burgers) on a piece of wax paper.
I thanked him for the effort but pointed out that this, too, was pale, limp and imo undercooked. He said that was all he could do. He was very nice about it. I thanked him again for trying. We wrapped up our bundle of bacon and went home to a couple of very happy dogs. They had treats for days!
I won't order a burger there again. Two of my all-time favorites, the chicken quesadilla and the raspberry cheesecake Blizzard are no longer menu items, so now I have three reasons to go elsewhere.
great service, friendly and amazing filipino staffs too, thank you for your service.
