We specifically went to the restaurant for fried clams but they were out of clams. We asked for onion rings, but they didn’t have any onions. We tried the scallops and for the price we assumed they were sea scallops but instead were little bay ones. We asked for them to be seared which they weren’t. They came in a little bowl drizzled with a butter sauce. They were tough and flavorless. There was no salad or vegetable included with the meal. For the $30 we paid for the meal we were extremely disappointed and do not Intend to go back.

Tried the haddock chowder and fish and chips and found the food to be bland and uninspiring. Only 2-3 stars for food but 5 stars for the deck with the view over the bay. Next time I’d come for the beer (decent selection) and fries but get my seafood somewhere else.

Waited quite a while to only be seated, chose to sit inside vs. the patio - and two other tables that came in after us were sat and received menus before we even got any.. we had to ask for menus. Then, when we asked, we were brushed off by service. They weren't busy, but even if so, resturaunts are typically first come, first serve. We left before we could even try the food, but unfortunately, we saw someone eating the lobster, and it looked good. With the wait time and attitudes, we unfortunately lost our appetites. 😅 Hopefully, if we come back, the staff has improved.
