“I visited East port today and stopped in to get lunch. I love the atmosphere and the view of the water. I tried the Caprese pizza with a cauliflower crust. It was absolutely delicious. I'm glad you were out of corn tostadas today causing me to choose this wonderful pizza. I wish had noticed my waitresses name because she was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend the Horn run Brewing to all.”

“Ocean View Takeout is the best ! Visited Aug1 while on Deere Island. There were 4 of us and our food was excellent. (Have been to the …Digger in St Andrews which I would rate a 4/10. In 2025) Ocean View is by far superior in quality of their food. Burger and fries were the best we have had this season !! and we are foodie critics. Keep it up Ocean View . We will be back the next long weekend !!”

“We sat outside on the porch looking across Friars Bay to Eastport, USA. Wonderful views & friendly crew. Our choice for lunch were the Clubhouse Sandwiches and ice tea. Huge amounts of grilled chicken, bacon, cheese lettuce & tomato. Sandwiches were so large we could only eat half. Cookies for dessert topped it off. Fantastic Meal and definitely worth the ride to Campobello Island 🇨🇦 A+++”

“A huge shout out to the Niger Reef and big thanks to Dave, Anthony, Ross and another member of the awesome team whose name I regrettably don’t know. They hosted 20 of us for a private event which was a huge hit with all. The apps, the beef Wellington and the key lime pie were outstanding as was the service. Thank you for such a memorable evening and for tolerating a wee bit of a noisy crowd 😉”

“I would not recommend here from my personal experience. The breading on all the items was very thick,Therefore couldn't taste the seafood. its unfortunate because the sizes of the Scallops and Shrimp were huge. I pushed aside the breading as much as I could. The Coleslaw didn't taste like anything.”

“My son’s hockey team had a team lunch here and it was the perfect spot! The staff were amazing… fun, fast, efficient and so great with the kids! They had an area for the team to sit together and higher pub tables around the perimeter for parents to enjoy some peace together away from them 😆. They banged out the kids orders first and I was impressed with how quickly we got our food and drinks. Then they opened the big door to the patio and the kids went out there while the parents finished up eating and paying the bills. Great food, atmosphere and staff!”

“I don’t begin to understand the poor reviews. We ate here last year and had a great experience and repeated this year. Honestly some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had and I like that they don’t rush you because idk, I actually enjoy my wife’s company and we both enjoyed the view. Service was spot on too even though our server was on her very first shift. We will definitely be back. What’s the rush people? Take your time and savour the meal and the surroundings.”

“I had the best lobster roll ever. There was a huge claw piece on top of the roll and it was beautiful! It was very tasty and filling. My husband had clam chowder and it was flavorful and loaded with clams! Topped off dinner with freshly made wild Maine blueberry pie with ice cream. It’s worth the drive from Georgia just for this meal! The staff was very friendly, checked on us frequently and made sure we had what we wanted.”
